By accessing and using the Epsilon Engineering website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. About Epsilon Engineering
Epsilon Engineering is a precision CNC machining company established in 2010, headquartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. We provide CNC milling, turning, 5-axis machining, prototype development, VMC fixtures, precision jigs and related engineering services.
3. Services
Our services include but are not limited to:
- CNC Milling and Turning
- 5-Axis CNC Machining
- Prototype Development
- VMC Machine Fixtures
- Precision Jigs and Tooling
- CNC Laser Cutting
All services are subject to technical feasibility, material availability and agreed lead times. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
4. Quotations & Orders
- All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
- Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of written purchase order or advance payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
- GST and applicable taxes are charged in addition to quoted prices
- We reserve the right to revise prices due to material cost fluctuations
5. Payment Terms
- Standard terms: 50% advance on order confirmation, balance before dispatch
- For repeat customers with established credit: payment as per agreed terms
- Payments via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), cheque or cash
- Late payments may attract interest at 18% per annum
6. Delivery & Lead Times
- Lead times are indicative and subject to order complexity and material availability
- Standard lead time: 5–7 business days
- Express orders: 2–3 business days (subject to availability)
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events
7. Quality & Inspection
All components undergo quality inspection before dispatch. Dimensional inspection reports are provided on request. We warrant that all parts will conform to agreed specifications and drawings. Any defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
8. Intellectual Property
All drawings, designs, CAD files and specifications shared with us remain the intellectual property of the client. We treat all client data as strictly confidential and will not share it with third parties without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for consequential, indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
